In the past, complex rehabilitations, such as rehabilitation of an entire arch with a prosthesis on implants, were reserved for few patients who presented optimal state health interventions long and traumatic. Nowadays, use devices Magnetic Mallet laser allows us to perform same in less time minimally invasive way. The case report we present shows how fragile patient, subjected insertion eight implants day, had positive response, thanks prepare implant sites, application photodynamic therapy without dye (diode + hydrogen peroxide) decontaminate post-extraction alveoli erbium induce more bone bleeding promote healing. then loaded 48 h Toronto-type temporary total prosthesis. patient pain-free complication-free outcome. It is interesting note technological development, aimed at reducing morbidity surgery, makes it possible almost all surgical therapies, even most advanced, any regardless general conditions.
